Black75 Cocktail

The black currents give a nice hue, and the aromatics of the gin blend beautifully. The bubbles of the sparkling wine marry with the tartness and fruitiness of the Black Currant Liqueur, making this cocktail absolutely delicious.
Ingredients (serves 2)
3 oz vomFASS Finest Alpine Gin
1 oz vomFASS Black Currant Liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz sparkling wine
Lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
Shake gin, liqueur, and lemon juice with ice and strain into a Champagne flutes or coupe glasses.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
