An absolute rarity is this complex single malt with hints of hay and honeysuckle for an almost spring-like freshness. The taste is rich with notes of ash and straw and a very long finish. This is a unique northern highland malt with a nose that starts with sweet and spicy explosions of fruits and wine tannins and ends with an intriguing mix of jams and butter. The palate is slow building and well rounded. The finish is very long with a wisp of smoke coming on the back end of the Dram.
